Let’s get fishing!!

As per our usual booking process, balances of invoices for those booked on a drive-in or fly-in trip are due on April 15, 2025. If you had paid your deposit by credit card, there is no action required by you unless you would like to make different arrangements. We will automatically run the same card you used to pay your deposit to cover your balances. If you would like to choose a different payment method (cheque or EFT), or a different card, or need to make alternate arrangements, please contact Theresa Marson at our office in Campbell River to make that happen. Please note that if you are booked on a Mariner package (bring your own boat), balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Should you desire an overnight stay in Vancouver pre or post trip (strongly recommended for post trip as connecting flights should be 4-5hrs after our planned arrival back to Vancouver) and haven’t booked a room yet, please consider one of our Hotel Partners. please go this link for our hotel partners and to receive special rates! Please note that you will have to call them in order to receive our special rates as the online booking portal cannot accept these types of bookings. All of the above hotels have freezer storage for your fish and are well suited to anglers.

If you are on one of our Drive-In trips and plan on overnighting on the Island prior to us picking you up at 1:00 pm on your arrival day, you may consider staying in one of our cabins in Fair Harbour the night before (limited availability).  www.fairharbourbc.com

FISHING LICENSES AND GUEST INFO FORMS

Don’t forget to purchase your fishing license and fill out your Guest Information Form so we can be prepared to get you fishing when you arrive at the lodge.  A link to get your license and to the Guest Form, along with helpful hints and FAQ can be found on our website at Already Booked? The Guest Information Form can be conveniently filled out and submitted right through our website.  We need you to submit these forms for each guest in your group prior to your arrival.  Should you have dietary requests or any special requests please submit these no later than one month prior to your trip. Please note that your fishing license number is a required field on your Guest Information Form so a helpful hint is to get your license before filling out the form! We require these to be ready for your arrival and to get you out fishing as soon as possible upon arriving at the lodge!
